Jake Grys, 8, along with his brothers and sisters and parents, Steve and Jean Grys, come home Tuesday from a Disney World vacation to find hundreds of fans, a camera crew and celebrities as the crew of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" reveal their brand new Pekin home. Jake, who suffers from a bone disease that causes his bones to break easily and also has dwarfism, now has a home that is handicapped accessible throughout, with an elevator and cork floors to cushion him if he falls. The new home was built in less than a week.
